Meet Linda

Linda Flockhart started out working for the Government while raising her 2 sons with her husband. She made the move into the health and wellness industry over 25 years ago. A move that complements her fit and active lifestyle. 

Now a proud grandmother of 6 grandchildren, when she isn’t busy playing games with the little ones, Linda loves playing sports and going for long walks.
