- Bifdobacterium Lactis HN019
A single Stick contains 2.5 billion CFUs (colony-forming units) of live cultures. Keep to one Stick a day to give your child just enough good bacteria and yeast for a healthy gut.
Too many CFUs of live cultures can cause an imbalance, which may lead to diarrhoea. The recommended dose for children is therefore no more than one Stick while adults can enjoy 6–8 Sticks.
